Abhishek (Linkedin), our founder, is an industry veteran in Travel Industry, as well as Consumer Tech domain. With his experience as VP, Makemytrip, and Product+Engineering leader in Flipkart and Ola, and his education in Computer Science from IIT Delhi he brings in unparalleled breadth and depth that is required to steer this rocketship.
Saurabh (Linkedin) brings in a wide experience across domains of Social gaming, ecommerce, food tech, insurance tech and payments, with brands such as Zynga, Flipkart, Ola, PhonePe. He received his education in Computer Science at NIT Trichy & MBA from ISB, and has expertise in managing young and large products alike.
Sahil (Linkedin) brings in deep experience in engineering, with his previous role being Senior Director Engg at Magicpin, and with companies such as Policybazaar He received his education from Delhi College of Engineering.
About the role
UI UX Design Lead at GetSetYo is the central role that serves as a driver of product design and a guardian of customer experience, brand design, communication.
Responsibilities
UI UX Design Lead will
- Lead the product design function & do most of the heavy lifting of design work as well
- Lead the UX research initiatives
- Obsess about brand design guidelines across customer and advisor touchpoints
- Work with product, engineering & community teams
- Manage & Mentor junior designers
Skills & Qualities
- Good at Interaction Design, Visual Design across various form factors
- Good at communication and story-telling with the right insights from customers, competitors and market in general
- Owner mindset & hunger to drive execution and learnings from the execution
Qualifications
- Experience in designing for consumer products & managing designers
