About Leadership team

Abhishek (Linkedin) is a travel industry veteran and was Vice President at MakeMyTrip. He is also on the Board of Directors of a leading international travel company. He has rich and diverse experience across other consumer sectors having served as Senior Director at Flipkart and Ola. He studied Computer Science from IIT Delhi.

Sahil (Linkedin) brings in deep experience in engineering, with his previous role being Senior Director Engg at Magicpin, and with companies such as Policybazaar He received his education from Delhi College of Engineering.

Saurabh (Linkedin) did Computer Science at NIT Trichy & MBA from ISB. He brings in a wide experience across domains of Social gaming, e-commerce, food tech, insurance tech, and payments, with brands such as Zynga, Flipkart, Ola, and PhonePe.

About Travel Sales Role

We are hiring ambitious, talented travel sales professionals who are hungry to do more, learn more, and achieve more for themselves. We are looking for people who want to grow rapidly by joining the startup at a very early stage and grow rapidly as the organisation grows.
● You would be handling travel leads (over phone and whatsapp and our own app) and assisting the customers in converting their queries into memorable trips. In doing so, you would need to understand traveller requirements, gain deep destination knowledge, create the best recommendation/itinerary for the travellers.
● You would be working with select suppliers, hotels, airlines, activity providers, and DMCs to ensure the best pre-trip and on-trip experience for the customer.
● You would be selling hotels, customised holiday packages, and international flights. We do not sell bus and rail tickets.
● This is a work-from-office role out of Bellandur, Bengaluru (Not remote or hybrid).

Requirements for this Role

Necessary:

● Prior experience of selling travel products/services (either hotels or holidays or international flights or visa) is a must.
● Excellent communication skills including command over written & spoken English.
● We have roles across experience levels (ranging from 1 to 15 years of experience) and we offer appropriate compensation levels matching your experience. At Least 1 year of travel experience is a must.
● Great team players and collaborative attitude.
● Customer centricity is a must. You should believe that customer satisfaction is the most important factor in the success of any organisation.
● Experience using tools such as CRM, Excel, etc.

Preferred:

● Candidates with experience selling custom holiday packages will be preferred
● Candidates who have a graduate degree will be preferred
● Candidates who are well-travelled themselves will be preferred
● Ability to research new destinations and prepare popular and custom itineraries.
● Experience in B2C setup would be preferred over corporate client experience.
● Experience working in a fast-paced small company would be preferred.
