About the founding team

Abhishek Agrawal (Linkedin)

Abhishek did Computer Science from IIT Delhi and is the founder of GetSetYo. He is an industry veteran in Travel Industry, as well as Consumer Tech domain. With his experience as VP, Makemytrip, and Product+Engineering leader in Flipkart and Ola, and his education in Computer Science from IIT Delhi he brings in unparalleled breadth and depth that is required to steer this rocketship.

Ajit Pasi (Linkedin)

Ajit did Computer Science from IIT Delhi. He brings in deep experience in engineering, with his previous role being VP-Engg at Zomato, and with companies such as LinkedIn, Zynga earlier in the Silicon Valley.

Saurabh Gupta (Linkedin)

Saurabh did Computer Science at NIT Trichy & MBA from ISB. He brings in a wide experience across domains of Social gaming, ecommerce, food tech, insurance tech and payments, with brands such as Zynga, Flipkart, Ola, PhonePe.

About the role

Engineering at GetSetYo enables the company to solve problems with technology and at scale. We are looking for folks across both frontend and backend engineering, and both in individual contributor capacity as well as people managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

Software engineering would

• Own the platform and the impact by the platform
• Solve the right tech problems at the right stage of the company
• Own the quality of the experience to the users

Skills & Qualities

• Expertise in both Backend Engineering and frontend engineering both
• Strongly preferred skills  - Java, react.js, CSS, HTML and frameworks typically used with Java & react.js
• Experience in Flutter would get bonus points
• Good at communication
• Owner mindset to drive execution and learnings from the execution

Qualifications

• Software Engineering experience in top tier consumer internet product companies
• Candidates from top tier engineering colleges, such as IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs preferred
• Bengaluru based candidates would be preferred. If not, openness to relocate to Bengaluru is a must
• Experience working in early-mid stage startups is highly preferred
