About the Leadership team

Abhishek (Linkedin) did Computer Science from IIT Delhi and is the founder of GetSetYo. He is an industry veteran in Travel Industry, as well as Consumer Tech domain. With his experience as VP, Makemytrip, and Product+Engineering leader in Flipkart and Ola, and his education in Computer Science from IIT Delhi he brings in unparalleled breadth and depth that is required to steer this rocketship.

Sahil (Linkedin) brings in deep experience in engineering, with his previous role being Senior Director Engg at Magicpin, and with companies such as Policybazaar He received his education from Delhi College of Engineering.

Saurabh (Linkedin) did Computer Science at NIT Trichy & MBA from ISB. He brings in a wide experience across domains of Social gaming, ecommerce, food tech, insurance tech and payments, with brands such as Zynga, Flipkart, Ola, PhonePe.

About the role

Drives the building and engagement of the community of our travel advisors & drives the travel business with the community being the enabler.

Responsibilities

  • Identify & implement onboarding process for newly onboarded advisors to become effective & familiar with the various offerings we have, gain confidence establish themselves as Travel Experts in their own communities
  • Identifying engagement opportunities, implementing campaigns basis different situations of advisors to help them contribute to the platform and create value for themselves & own the PnL of the advisor engagement
  • Own the funnel and outcomes of the Travel inquiries coming through the Community of our Travel Advisors & influence stakeholders to drive improvement on the funnel & own the PnL of the travel bookings coming from this channel

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering or related field.
  • Empathy and good interpersonal skills to build trust with our advisors and internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in business development/community building/employee engagement is preferred
  • Good prioritization & creativity
  • Women Candidates preferred
  • People management & team building experience
