Who We Are: GetSetYo is a Bangalore-based startup shaking up travel. Our mission? Help travel creators (think YouTubers, Instagrammers or your go-to travel advisor friend) make money when their fans book trips. We’re an early-stage travel tech startup, built by travel-tech industry veterans (ex-Makemytrip, Flipkart, Ola), funded by multiple respected unicorn founders, and we’re growing fast.

The Problem You’ll Solve: Travel creators inspire millions to explore, but they don’t earn a rupee when their followers book. That’s broken. You’ll step in to bring creators onboard, get them set up, and grow their revenue - making sure they cash in and their fans get killer travel experiences.

What You’ll Do: You’ll take full ownership of driving revenue through our creator community. That means managing a team, setting targets, and being hands-on with top creators.

  • Own Creator Revenue: Drive acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth for creators - and own the P&L for your team.
  • Coach & Lead: Guide a team of Community Sales Associates - train them, track their goals, and make them shine.
  • Crack Growth Playbooks: Build repeatable strategies that help creators scale their earnings through smart content, better campaigns, and optimized storefronts.
  • Build Deep Relationships: Be the go-to partner for your creator cohort - solve problems, share insights, and help them win consistently.
  • Make It Scalable: Define and refine onboarding, engagement, and sales processes to make sure we’re ready for 10x scale.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, ops, and marketing to run experiments, improve funnels, and amplify creator success.

What We Want: We’re looking for someone who has lived and breathed social media and sales - and is now ready to take the lead. You’ve hustled before, maybe led a small team, and you thrive in early-stage chaos.

Must-Haves:

  • 3 - 8 years of experience in sales, BD, or creator partnerships.
  • Proven ability to close, grow, and retain accounts.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small team (even informally counts!).
  • Strong communication - persuasive, clear, and great at relationship building.
  • Analytical - comfortable using data to spot trends and make decisions.
  • Bias for action - we move fast, and you should too.

Good-to-Haves:

  • Hands-on experience working with influencers, creators, or in B2C sales.
  • Been part of a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
  • Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, dashboards — you know your way around.
  • Bonus if you’re a creator yourself or bring strong travel/content energy.
